Booking Procedure and Deposit

Debonnesse will hold provisional bookings confirmed either by telephone or email for a period of 48 hours. A £100 booking fee per stylist is required at the time of booking. This fee is deducted from the final amount due. The booking fee can be paid online by bank transfer or cheque and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Payment for Trials will be taken on the trial day by cheque or cash.

The final balance of an fees are payable no later than 30 days prior to the Wedding Date by bank transfer or cheque.

If notice of cancellation is received by Debonnesse less than 12 weeks prior to Wedding Date, then 75% Cancellation fee of the full charge is payable.

In exceptional circumstances a Debonnesse stylist may need to cancel a booking, in this case all attempts will be made to find an alternative stylist. If this is not possible the Stylist will refund all monies paid in full (including the booking fee). The Stylist's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Attendance will be for a specified time and it will be at Stylist's discretion to extend this time should there be any delay beyond their control.

Payment of the booking fee will confirm acceptance by the client of, and agreement to, these terms and conditions.
